Insurance & Financial Services
If your insurance company is not listed below, please contact your insurance provider directly to negotiate an individual Letter of Agreement with our hospital so that you can receive your care at Central Florida Health Alliance. *Tricare Beneficiaries: Central Florida Health Alliance (CFHA) accepts all forms of Tricare. For those retired veterans with Tricare Prime who wish to use either our hospital(s) or outpatient services, please communicate directly with your insurance counselor that CFHA is your healthcare provider of choice.
Pre-existing Condition Insurance
If you or someone you now is uninsured with any pre-existing condition such as diabetes, COPD, or cancer, he or she may be eligible to purchase health insurance under the pre-existing condition insurance plan. Premiums are the same as for people without pre-existing conditions. Enrollment is simple. For information, visit www.pcip.gov or call toll-free 1-866-717-5826.
To be eligible, a person must:
- Be a US citizen or legal resident.
- Have been without health insurance for at least six (6) months.
- Have a pre-existing condition or have been denied health coverage because of a health condition.
Financial Services
Patient Financial Services (PFS) performs the billing, collection and accounts reconciliation processes for all services rendered at Leesburg Regional Medical Center and/or The Villages Health System. The department also assists patients with questions, charity assistance, and makes referrals for Medicaid and SSI application and eligibility screening. The PFS office is located at 714 Pine Street in Leesburg. Patients may walk in to speak with a counselor, or use the convenient drive-up window to make a payment.

The Charity Care Program was established to help patients with limited financial resources to pay for care provided to them. Our PFS team can provide you with a copy of the policy and can help you determine your eligibility. You will be asked to provide a Confidential Financial Statement and Income Certification (including a credit report and other supporting documents).
