A: The information available through the Electronic Health Record Portal includes the results of any diagnostic testing such as lab results, x-rays and EKGs. It also includes your diagnosis, treatment plans and prescriptions.

A: No, it is free to register and use the Electronic Health Record Portal for Leesburg Regional Medical Center and The Villages Regional Hospital.
Q: Why doesn’t all of my health information show up in the Electronic Health Record Portal?
A: The Electronic Health Record Portal was launched April 15. Only records for hospital services after this date are accessible through the Electronic Health Record Portal.
