A: The Electronic Health Record Portal gives you access to some of your health information such as diagnostic testing results, diagnosis, treatment plans and prescriptions. Your Online Patient Account is a resource for answering your billing questions, viewing up-to-date account information and paying your bills online.
Q: What information is available through the Electronic Health Record Portal?
A: The information available through the Electronic Health Record Portal includes portions of your medical record such as the results of any diagnostic testing such as lab results, x-rays and EKGs. It also includes your diagnosis, treatment plans and prescriptions.

Q: Does it cost anything to view my health records online?
A: No, it is free to register and use the Electronic Health Record Portal for Leesburg Regional Medical Center and The Villages Regional Hospital.
Q: Why doesn’t all of my health information show up in the Electronic Health Record Portal?
A: The Electronic Health Record Portal was launched April 15. Only records for hospital services after this date are accessible through the Electronic Health Record Portal.

A: For information on obtaining a complete copy of your medical records, contact our Medical Records Department at the hospital where you received care.
