This exciting program promotes Central Florida Health Alliance as the regional leader in women’s health education and community outreach.

What is Spirit of Women?

Spirit of Women is about motivating and inspiring women to make positive changes in their lives. Our members receive up-to-date health information, special reminders about upcoming events, and promotional discounts with our local business partners. Best of all, membership is absolutely FREE!

Central Florida Health Alliance offers a variety of programs and events to the women of our community. HeartCaring, Girls’ Night Out, Family Spirit, What Women Put Up With, and When They Rely On You are just a few of the educational programs offered to our members. We also host many health fairs, exciting community wellness events, support groups, and other creative outreach activities throughout the year.

Why Focus on Women?

Central Florida Health Alliance celebrates women’s health through the
Spirit of Women network because we believe that knowledge and
community support are the keys to wellness. Studies show that women make 80% of all healthcare decisions for their families and we are working hard to give them the tools they need to do so.
